Melon-Proxy

Melon Proxy is a simple velocity plugin that adds the following

/melonproxy broadcast - broadcast a Network wide message (e.x /melonproxy broadcast Hi! = Melon Nexus | Proxy >> Hi!) /melonproxy storebroadcast - broadcast a store message to every server but prisons (e.x /melonproxy storebroadcast Hi! = Melon Nexus | Store >> Hi!)
